The package got here. It took a very long time however I did receive it.
Absolutely beautiful and supportive of marine life.
I believed that if I bought the dolphin necklace, I would be able to follow the dolphin. It turned out that to follow the dolphin, I had to pay the same sum of money monthly; a monthly subscription! Disappointing and misleading!
I haven’t heard anything about how it’s going for the dolphin. I got the impression that I would be following its progress and release, but suddenly it came up that I should pay a repeat sum every month; not a one-off donation/ buy, as I had believed after reading the information. I can’t afford a monthly subscription. I understand that you need financial support to do what you do, but you need to be clear about what is to be paid from the start if you want to keep your supporters!
Amazing to see where your adopted animal is anytime. Very good job to everyone participating in giving to animals needs and letting children and adults capture their moments and places at sea. Interestimg concept.
First of all you either send me back my money or deliver the products I payed for!! Second I will keep advising everyone here not to buy from you again anything! So you guys... Don't pay a dime on this site! They will get your money and send you nothing! This site is a fraud!

Love the product and idea. Difficulty with the string of the necklace staying attached so I didn't loose the tail. I have glued this twice with super glue but not staying stuck together.

Never received the product. When tracking the order in the web, I saw it was in the arrival airport already 3 weeks, with no further information... I asked 2 times by email about the status of the shipment to know if there was any problem, and NO ANSWER ... So, I can not comment about the product by itself, bwcause never received, but the "online support", didnt´t work in my case.

First off the item too It was delivered in a padded envelope. It Other then the initial we are preparing your order there were no updates to arrival. It wasn't the item as shown on the website, but given the latest of receiving it we made do.

Scam website, once you bought something, they use your credit card to order this monthly!! Call your credit card company to cancel your card, cuz this website won't let you delete your credit card info. You can track your money back in 120 days, just contact your credit card company.

You charged me for order #33572 that you (haha you..I mean CHINA) never fulfilled. Never refunded. I want to return the bracelet I did get. I want nothing to do with you people. I was very disappointed that I was not answered when I sent an email asking when I could expect my purchase. They were to have been Christmas presents but since I got them too late to mail I’m not sure what to do.
2 month wait to receive order. I tried to request order status multiple times and received zero response. Much smaller and cheap looking than pictured.
The bracelets look really nice, good craftsmanship. I love the adoption certificate stating the name of the turtle , what kind of turtle and where it lives. These bracelets were gifts and we’re a real hit!

I tried contacting this company several times regarding my purchase, which was never shipped. I received no response. If others see this comment, please follow my advice and don't buy anything from them because you will only be scammed.

I really don't know how to feel about this when i got the item. It's my third time shopping here...I do appreciate all hard work you been doing for marine creatures, but the quality of these bracelets (yes i bought three of them) are not what i expected. The shell of the turtle is not even a glass material, it's totally just a flat blue painting. Well...think twice if you wanna choose this bracelet.
